Where it is
The Census Bureau’s Palm Valley area runs from the Duval County line south to about Mickler Road, between A1A and the Intracoastal. It takes in Marsh Landing and the Sawgrass Players Club, which have their own guides: Marsh Landing and Sawgrass Players Club. This guide covers the rest, about 4,640 acres, including the land along Roscoe Boulevard and the Intracoastal, the Landrum Lane school campus and the neighborhoods off Solana Road, Palm Valley Road and Mickler Road.
Main roads are Roscoe Boulevard (County Road 210A), Palm Valley Road (County Road 210), Solana Road, Mickler Road and A1A on the east edge. Palm Valley Road crosses the Intracoastal on the Palm Valley Bridge toward Nocatee and I-95. The whole area is in ZIP code 32082.
St. Johns County’s address records list about 4,670 residential addresses here, roughly 4,180 houses and 490 condos. For the full Census area, the Bureau’s 2020-2024 estimates count 19,796 residents and 9,803 housing units.
About 42% of this area falls in the Palm Valley Overlay District, Part 3.06 of the county’s Land Development Code, which adds landscaping, buffer and design standards along its roads.
