Enrollment and teachers
The federal count was 386 students in the 2024-25 school year, the latest year in the NCES school directory, with 29.8 full-time-equivalent teachers, or about 13 students per teacher. The same federal directory listed 952 students for 2023-24; it gives no reason for the change. The district’s first-day report does not count elementary schools separately, because most of them stagger the kindergarten start.
State report card
Florida grades every public school A to F each year. For elementary schools, the grade is the share of possible points a school earns on state test results in English language arts, math and science and on learning gains, according to the Florida Department of Education.
| School year | Grade |
|---|---|
| 2025-26 | A (81% of possible points) |
| 2024-25 | A |
| 2023-24 | A |
From the state’s 2026 school grades file, the share of students scoring on grade level on the state tests in 2025-26:
- Grade 3 English language arts: 91%
- English language arts, all tested grades: 89%
- Math: 85%
- Science: 91%
The full report card is on the state’s Florida school report cards site. It is an interactive dashboard; the figures above come from the downloadable grades file.

The streets with the most of them include Roscoe Boulevard, part of Ponte Vedra Boulevard, Mill View Way, Plantation Circle, Sea Hammock Way, Canal Boulevard, Neck Road and Palm Valley Road. Most of the rest of Ponte Vedra Beach is zoned for PVPV-Rawlings Elementary.

The zone changes the School Board took up for 2026-27 drew zones for two new K-8 schools, known as QQ and RR; the district’s rezoning presentation does not name Ocean Palms.
