Black Friday is Friday, Nov. 27, 2026, and Small Business Saturday is Saturday, Nov. 28. Ponte Vedra Beach has no mall. Its shopping is spread across Sawgrass Village, the Nocatee Town Center and the strip centers along A1A and County Road 210, with Beaches Town Center in Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach, about five miles north. The best-known local holiday market comes two weeks before Thanksgiving.

Holiday Shoppes at First Coast Cultural Center

The 35th annual Holiday Shoppes fills the First Coast Cultural Center, 6000B Sawgrass Village Circle, with local and handmade gifts on three days:

  • Friday, Nov. 13: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. (ticketed private viewing: $45, or five tickets for $150, with wine, cocktails and live music, the center says)
  • Saturday, Nov. 14: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 15: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A $5 donation is suggested for entry on Saturday and Sunday. The center’s phone is 904-280-0614, according to Visit St. Augustine’s listing. Vendors sell wood carvings, jewelry, local honey, clothing and glasswork, among other things, the center’s Holiday Shoppes page says.

The library’s holiday book sale

The library’s Seymour’s Holiday Book Sale at the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library, 101 Library Blvd., sells hardbacks, paperbacks and children’s books on these days:

  • Nov. 19-21, all day
  • 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23, to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25
  • Nov. 30 to Dec. 5, all day
  • Dec. 7-12, all day

Dates are on the library’s listing. The library is closed Nov. 26-27 for Thanksgiving.

Black Friday store hours

No Ponte Vedra Beach shopping center had published Black Friday or holiday hours as of Nov. 7. We will add them here as Sawgrass Village, the Nocatee Town Center and Beaches Town Center announce them; stores set their own hours, so check each store before you go.

Small Business Saturday

American Express founded Small Business Saturday in 2010 and holds it each year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, which is Nov. 28, 2026, its Shop Small page says. Ponte Vedra Beach’s independent shops are concentrated in Sawgrass Village and the Nocatee Town Center. No local Small Business Saturday event had been announced as of Nov. 7.

Parking and traffic

St. Johns County has not published any holiday traffic or parking changes for Ponte Vedra Beach. A1A and County Road 210 are the main routes to the shopping centers; see our road construction and closures page and getting around guide before you set out.

What else is closed

  • County offices: closed Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27.
  • Trash: no collection on Thanksgiving Day; see our Thanksgiving page.
